Shipping Policy
Pat C Gifts will
ship in stock items within three business days however; on all custom orders, a
representative of Pat C Gifts will contact you to let you know when
item has been shipped. All shipments from Pat C Gifts are shipped
insured. All orders being paid for by personal check or non-certified funds will be shipped within three days of payment clearing bank account of
Pat C Gifts.
Refunds and Returns
All returns must be made within five (5) business
days of receipt of the order. All orders and merchandise are guaranteed to be in
good condition when upon receipt.
All special orders are non refundable except if
damaged in transit. If your purchase arrives damaged, return it within five (5)
business days for a prompt replacement or credit. If it is not damaged in
shipment, then sale is considered final.
All non-special orders can be returned within five
(5) business days for a credit for future purchases only (not including shipping and handling charges). No cash refunds will
be made. Return merchandise in the shipping carton in which it was shipped.
Insurance: All orders are insured, and you should
insure it as well when returning it. |
